Deluxe Suites
Deluxes rooms are large with an en-suite wet-room style bathroom, a/con, safe, mosquito net. Add and extra bed for $10.

Garden Twins
Our new modern rooms have en-suite bathrooms, air con, mosquito proofing and a safe. Includes a basic breakfast.

Standard Double Rooms
These are small, basic rooms with a double bed, equipped with everything you need, ie: ensuite bathroom, a/con, safe, mosquito net. Includes a basic breakfast.

Standard Twin Rooms
These are small, basic rooms with 2 single beds, equipped with everything you need, ie: ensuite bathroom, a/con, safe, mosquito net. Includes a basic breakfast.

Dormitories
Dorms have either 3, 6 or 8 beds per room. With aircon & shared bathroom facilities. $15 per bed pppn.

ACTIVITIES & ADVENTURES
We can arrange all activities from the lodge and most operators will pick you up from the front door. Our rates are operator rates ie: you pay the same price whether you book directly with the operator or book with us. We do all the leg-work for you and make sure your activity goes ahead without issue.
We also provide a convenient shuttle service to the Falls for a nominal fee.

No Faults at Fawlty Towers
Great accommodation at reasonable price. Suited us perfectly for overnight stay. Breakfast, which was included, was more than adequate. Our room was basic but very clean with our own bathroom. Shower was good. Staff were great… very pleasant and helpful. It was a little oasis behind a wall in a busy street. Luggage was safely stored until our departure. Amazing
My pick-up at the airport was organized by the hostel at a fair price. The location is in the center of Livingstone, opposite a shopping center. Check-in was fast and smooth. I stayed in a single room which was very nicely decorated, comfortable, and clean. Breakfast was delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful. The complimentary pancakes in the afternoon are a nice touch. All sorts of activities can be booked through the venue – Nikili, Serbia
Really lovely place!
Staff is amazing and really helpful giving information about tours… there is a lovely garden with pool , great kitchen to cook, a bar, a restaurant, yet it feels calm and peaceful …. Absolutely great , dorms are great value. Stayed 4 nights instead of two as I liked the easy going vibe – TheWiFi only communal area that sometimes isn’t the greatest, but all the plus point above make up for it without any doubt – Sebastian, France
Exceptional
This place is simply amazing. Truly value for money. The staff were wonderful and very friendly. Everyday they would always be so keen to know what I got up to and share some local tips. Please book this place!!! You will enjoy it!!!! Also, there’s a shopping centre a stone throw away where you can buy food and get cash from the ATMs. If you are like me and like to party, there’s 2 bars also on the same road strip that have some of the best party vibes l’ve been too. There’s also a money exchange place next door. So don’t need to stand in the long queues at the airport to change your money. All l can say is, COME HERE!!!! – Kelvin, South Africa
Can't fault it!
We had a great stay at Fawlty Towers. The establishment is spotless and the beds are super comfortable. It is so well situated right across a supermarket and close to other shops. Great Value
Very clean and safe with a lovely courtyard, bar, and pool. The wood-fired pizza is good and reasonably priced. The staff was always cleaning and straightening, and were very friendly. From the second we booked we received communication from Fawlty Towers outlining the accommodation booked and activities available. It was tremendously helpful to know what to expect and plan. When we arrived we were warmly welcomed at the airport and then at reception. The vibe at the poolside bar and restaurant was excellent with unobtrusive but awesome music. Gladys and Sim served us a scrumptious breakfast and mouthwatering pizzas. It is located in town with easy access to all amenities.
